Lead Program

This program has a class-like structure in which the participants are informed of the safety measures necessary to protect inhabitants during renovation, repair and painting projects in pre-1978 housing and in pre-1978 child-occupied facilities, such as daycare centers, where lead-based paint will be disturbed by the work.

This class is also designed to teach compliance with Renovation, Repair and Painting (RR&P) rule in Section 402 (c) (3) of the Toxics Substance Control Act (TSCA).
